Booth rent is $150 per 10’x10′ booth, $225 per 10’x15′, and $335 per 15’x15′ booth. Increments of these booths can be purchased. Gate areas can be used for those who need a large space. The price per square foot is much less in gates (for example, a 32’x 36′ gate, 1,152 sq. ft., is only charged as 6 booths). Here is a photo of a gate:

The Concourse is the enclosed area around the football field of War Memorial Stadium. The four corners of the concourse are open-air as well as the North end. The enclosed area has 6.5′-wide doorways to the bleachers of the football field every 30-50 feet. This year these openings will be covered from the outside (instead of the inside) to block wind.

Here are some facts:
The concourse is not temperature-controlled. The weather forecast will change multiple times before the show, but the buyers have proven they will come in the rain, sleet, and snow (literally!). Our best attendance at any venue in 65 events is at War Memorial Stadium. Rain is not an issue except for a couple spots where the roof leaks. I’m aware of those spots and will be prepared if it does rain.

I put booths in both locker rooms and the cheerleader room, which are temperature-controlled. These are large spaces that can be shared or rented by one exhibitor. Here is one of the locker rooms:

Almost all booths have a wall and electricity. Make sure to select that you need electricity when you pay your deposit. Most electricity is behind the concession stand doors so I will have to run it.

You can bring your own tables. I’ll have 8′ tables and some 6′ tables available for $10 each if you need to rent them. I need to know ahead of time what you need so I make sure I have enough tables available.

We’ll have food trucks!

Multiple gates/rolling doors are located around the concourse so load-in/out isn’t bad. I’ll bring my industrial carts for you to use like usual.

We’ll have our usual Renewal Ranch porters to help with load in/out and during the show.

At this time, setup is from 12PM-8PM Thursday, March 9 and 7AM-9AM Friday.

Show hours are 9AM-4PM Friday, 9AM-5PM Saturday, 11AM-4PM Sunday.

We’ll have overnight security (police) starting on Thursday plus Stadium staff during setup and show hours. I will also sleep at the Stadium and pop in and out of the concourse throughout the night as I work.

Lighting is good inside the concourse when the lights are on. Most of the photos taken below were without lights on.
